The Research On The Model Of Security Service Supply In China Under Market Economy Circumstance

With the rapid development of the economy, the resident income rises dramatically, which requires increasing security service. Currently, the security service has a tendency of diversity. It can be divided into public security service by government, security service by individual, and combined security service by government, individual, and society. Correspondingly, there are three kinds of security-service-supply models: government supplying public security service, marketing supplying individual security service and society security service. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the China security service supply, and meet the diversified social security needs, the first consideration should be given to aspects as follow: first, adapting to the requirement of market economy and defining the public security service correctly to vacate space for the security service socialization and marketablization; second, introducing the competition mechanism into the public security supply system to break the monopolization by means of security service contract or commission by bidding, etc., to improve the efficiency and quality of the public security service supply; third, bringing the social autonomy organization into play, supporting and depending on social neighborhood watch scheme to realize the socialization of security service; fourth, developing the security service industry, opening the individual security service market, and implementing marketing admittance to realize the security service industrialization. In the process of the security service socialization and marketablization, the government should insist on the principle of positiveness and stableness, keeping supplying healthy external development circumstance for the socialization and marketablization of the security service, and standardizing the development of the security service's socialization and marketablization.
