The Study About The System Of The Hearing In Administrative Decision-making Of China

As an important component of administrative decision-making system, the sound system of the hearing in administrative decision-making is propitious to scientific and democratic administrative decision-making, government administration according to law to developing government based on law , improving democracy and political arena of socialism.Based on the existing research on this issue , the author preliminary defines the concept of the system of the hearing in administrative decision-making ,briefly discusses its significance in the first part of the paper.The second part reviews the histroy of the system of the hearing in administrative decision-making firstly, then briefly appraises the overall implementing effect of the system. Finally the author analysis the disadvantage factor working on implementing effect of the system,including the system oneself non-perfected, citizen's democratic consciouness in short and so on.To advancing the overall implementing effect of the system of the hearing in administrative decision-making,the author brings forward some countermeansures in the third part of the paper.The author thinks some measures, such as improving the system oneself, advancing some coordinated reforms,increasing decisioning-maker citizen's democratic consciouness are inneeded.
