In a word , solve the legal issues in enterprises M&As , does not only set up several laws , set up so-called legal system of enterprise M&As that can be solved, But will solve such problems as property rights ,state-run share, capital market of state-owned enterprise, etc. on deeper level, enterprise M&A legal issues could solving , receive the efficient result easily.
