Regional Economy Study Of Baitao-Jianfeng Economic Area, Fuling, Chongqing

The isolated military-to-civil enterprise is one unique and non-neglectable economic phenomenon in the modern Chinese economy development history, it has profound influence on Chinese modern economy even there is more regret and less achievement in view of economics. This paper intends to explore some generality existed in the military-to-civil enterprises within China territory through dissecting of Baitao-Jianfeng economic area, to supply certain reference for these isolated military-to-civil enterprise to enter into market completely.The common problems existed in isolated military-to-civil enterprises are: bad coordinated with local economy, poor fit to local administrative control, poor sense of scientific and sustainability of development, incomplete reformation etc.Firstly this paper has analyzed the accumulated assets by Jianfeng company and Baitao town individually in three historic stages, i.e military stage, military-to-civil stage, and post stage; then has evaluated the present condition and problems of this area in respect of industry, agriculture, finance, house property, land planning, travel, Jianfeng reformation, Baitao town construction and industrialized agricuture, grow-up of Changjiang River industry band, new type industralization etc; meanwhile has tapped out various advantages for development, such as location(transportation),land resources, surplus utilities capacity, potential extension of Jianfeng's present products, human resources, tourism resources, opportunity of Chongqing Fertilizer Zoon, opportunity of relocation of Chemical industries from Chongqing City surrounding area etc.After above mentioned analysis, the first priority of problems to be solved is Jianfeng's reformation, accessory industries separation from Jianfeng, second priority is adjustment of Jianfeng's present products,third priority will be given to make advance consideration of Jianfeng's industry planning, i.e resources processing is still his pole industry, investment on mineral supply will make sure the substainable availability of material resources,...
