On The Development Of A Trade Union Of Migrant Workers From Rural Areas

From the angle of nongovernmental organizations restraining the public power, the thesis puts forward and proves the development of a trade union for migrant workers from rural areas, which is different from the traditional state-owned enterprises' trade union. This kind of trade union is on longer under the control of the administration department but a nongovernment organization which cater to the demand of social development and market economic. By this way, we can fulfill right protection for the migrant workers from rural area, and adjust the unbalance of public right distribution. From the author's view, it is necessary to establish a new trade union for the migrant workers from rural areas because the migrant workers from rural areas is becoming a new emerging force of industrial workers, and for the vacant position if the traditional workers, and for the vacant position of the traditional trade union and its hardship and endlessness in the reformation. But the development of this trade union for migrant workers from rural areas is faced with a series of restriction from exterior factors and internal factors. Its internal stratification and its construction fracture and the main internal factor which restrains the establishment and development of the trade union of migrant workers from rural areas. And the exterior environment's misunderstanding and worried psychology to the trade union of the migrant workers from rural areas is the forceful restriction of the construction of it.
