The Research On Choice Of Mixed Operation's Mode In Finance

According to the commitment when China entry into WTO (World Trade Organization) , our country will open all of the financial businesses to the foreign financial enterprises completely after two years. The foreign financial institutions will enjoy the same national treatment that the local financial institutions enjoy. Nowadays mixed operation has become the tide of international finance. It will face up the great challenge that the mode of separated operation practiced in Chinese finance now. How to choose the developmental way of Chinese finance has become an urgent task. This article starts with studying the historical vicissitudes and practical experiences of the mode of finance operation in foreign countries and China, couples with current situations of financial market and operation system in our country, and tries to find the mode of mixed operation which is suitable for Chinese finance.
