The increase in the number of trade and investment instruments has been a principle feature of globalization fuelled by theories of economic liberalism.The trend makes the developing countries dependant on the trade and investment for economic progress.The dispute resolution mechanisms is the core of WTO system,and the new instruments, overcoming the weakness of the old one, proves its advantage from the beginning.Developing countries are more involved in the mechanisms,and make it an impartical,effective areas of solving conflicts.It's the most integrated one and its creation is a technique through which a hegemonist power ensures that models that it prefers for the advancement of national interests are created within the international sphere.Will the regime provide an equal stage for developing countries in the multilateral activity? This chapter analyzes the new dipute resolution system through examing the mechanisms from the viewpoint of the developing country.The author examines the nature of their statue in participating the system in the light of legilation and jurisdiction. Finally,the author draws the conclusion that it is still the field of the rich,and the trade and investment tribunals are stepping towards the areas which they ought not have interfered.The power of developing countries is shrinking,and the possibility of unilateral action increases.They show their low ability and have never take the dominant place.Furthermore,to improve the present mechanism and creat a ture,rule-based one which benefit developing country.But,they must strengthen themselves and it is the basic strategy to develop their own national power.
