The Merge And Application Of WTO Rule In China

WTO rule is a huge code. As a member of WTO , China shoud study and solve the relation between these treaties and domestic laws of our country in time . In this year, the discussion of the relation between WTO rule and the law of China is very fierce, disputes is here and there while they discussing.This text is from the domestic law of our country and international legal system, carry on analysis and discussion on WTO rule and how to apply to it in China, through analysing , I think , before discuss the application in our country of WTO rule ,we should analyse the nature of WTO itself and WTO regular characteristic first and consider the real meaning of the treaty in our country, but not deny the usability at home of WTO rule briefly.As to the use of WTO in China ,it should be explained broad, The essence is whether our country obey WTO obligation and responsibility of relevant treaty , the applition to our country include being suitable to government and judicial department, we should treat with a certain discrimination and analyse according to different situations and different levels.
