All major international intellectual property protection through a retrospective of the history on the basis of international intellectual property law concepts, such as the identity of some basic theory explored and expositions corresponding value analysis, and the development of intellectual property law and international law applicable in China corresponding elaboration.Main elements include five chapters, the first chapter of the history of development of international intellectual property law and general as possible and explore ways and tries to be behind the various arguments and seeking to explore a historical basis. Chapter II predecessors in the history of academic research and explore on the basis of international intellectual property law attempts to redefine the concept of a more accurate. The next chapter is mainly based on three basic principles for the legal definition of the author, the author considered to constitute basic principles of international intellectual property rights of the two principles. Chapter IV mainly deals with the fundamental values of international intellectual property laws meaning, jurisprudence and economic analysis from the perspective of five international intellectual property law as a fundamental value of the unique content to be addressed With international treaties in the protection scope,the WTO framework of the sovereign state to join international treaties autonomy gradually weaken, the globalization of intellectual property law to national sovereignty, national interests and national values constitute a challenge or conflict, based on this situation, in this last part dealing with international intellectual property laws of China and the impact on the legal application.
