With the increasing importance in the national economy, the issues of how to support, protect and encourage the development of SME has attracted the attention from all the fields of the government, economics, legal and industry. Known as the economic constitution, the Anti-monopoly law plays the great responsibilities in protecting the SME, which however, conflicts with another significant principle of promoting the competition.
