The Discussion On The New Development Of The United Front Theory In The New Stage

The United Front is the political advantage of our Party, confronted with a train of new duties nowadays:(1) propelling the course of the political life modernization with establishing socialist democratic institution and power mechanism as the nuclear, (2) propelling affairs concerning country residents abroad, overseas united front and the realization of the course of the Chinese nation's union, (3) propelling the great pace of the developing highly modern, socialist productive forces and spiritual civilization in China. In the new era, in order to bring all positive factors into full play in building a well-off society in all-round way, and keep bringing new forces to the great cause of rejuvenating the Chinese nation, the United Front should start with the following aspects: fostering a correct perspectives, stabilizing the position of economic development as the central task, and improving socialist democracy and the legal system.
