An Analysis Of Our Social Structure Division In China And Research Of Improving The CCP Integrating Society Capacity

The fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee put forward a new concept—socialist harmonious society. Though there are many reasons of constructing socialist harmonious society, the most important is corresponding Chinese stratums dividing. The article proceeds from the situation of Chinese stratums dividing, mainly study how the Communist Party of China to integrate social capacity. The article adopts investigation and research,contrast and reference,synthesis and induction,system analysis and so on.As our country is situated in the society transform, the social stratums turn up dividing and reconstructing with the ownership economy develop and the political system reform. Our party how to integrate new relatives between social stratums and objectively solve new division of Chinese social stratums, which is of vital important for constructing socialist harmonious society and building Chinese feature socialist society.The article firstly expounds the status quo of contemporary Chinese social stratums dividing from concepts of social stratum,social division and dividing standard; secondly analyses the causes of contemporary Chinese social stratums dividing from basic reason and influence of social stratums dividing ; thirdly notes correctly acquainting challenge which become to the ruling party by social stratums dividing, so the ruling party must strengthen integration of social interests; finally put forward some suggestion for the ruling party to promote social capacity of integration, mainly include: one is remolding authority of the Communist Party of China; two is constructing the system of benefits and political participation; three is the party system's democratize,systematization and legalize; four is extending democracies of the party and the people.The article probes social integrating capacity of the Communist Party of China from the angle of Chinese social stratums dividing in order to provide the theoretic supports for realizing the socialist harmonious society.
