Research On The Foundation And Evaluation Of Green Government

With the enhancement of people's environmental awareness, more and more people begin to use green products, some leading companies also begin to produce green products. Now, the government is regarded not only as a society management organization, but also as an organization that affects environment enormously. The society requests government to be the leader of environmental protection. Some governments begin to establish their environmental management system and seeking green operation. Thus the green government comes into being.In this paper, the author reviews the background of green government, introduces the dynamic and incitement of green government, analyses the necessity and the feasibility of setting up green government, and provides the framework of green government and the evaluation guideline of green government.
