A Study On Government Credibility Crisis And Suggestions During China's Social Transition

Since the adoption of reform and open policies, China is going through a deeply social transition. During that term, it is changing from the planned Economy System into Market Economy System. The socialist economy is based on public ownership, behaving the mandatory planning on the resource distribution economic. The system has done much to improve the China economy at the early dates after the founding of New China.However, the planned Economy System shows its defects and evils as the time goes by. The main is: the form of Economy System is single, excluding diversified forms of ownership. The decisions of Economy management are all in the hands of state. The enterprises are strongly depending on the government. The basic method of economy management is administration, and the regulation of the market is little. With the consolidation and growth of the state economy, the planned system is terribly bulked the developing of country. Government should soberly realize that government credit is the lead of social credit. The foundation of government credit should under the lead of our government, that's the key for us from planned system to market economy.Considering the special term at present, the author suggests as the following:1. Strengthen the credit of civil servant;2. Strengthen the building of legal and development of security;3. Establish the system of the"limited"government;4. Enhance the transparent of government and Mechanisms of monitoring.
