The Iranian nuclear issue began in February, 2003. It has experienced many twists and turns. So far there have been three crises in all. The development of Iranian nuclear technology has greatly challenged the Bush administration's strategy of the Middle East. After the Iraqi war, the Bush administration has regarded Iran as the most severe security threat. Many powers have also been involved in the Iranian nuclear issue, such as Russia, EU, China and India. Now the Iranian issue has been submitted from IAEA to the Security Council of the UN. Although there is still the room for diplomatic activities, it is more and more possible that there will be a military conflict between the United States and Iran. There is no doubt that America is the most important reason for the state of the Iranian nuclear issue nowadays. If the US brazenly uses force to attack Iranian nuclear facilities, there will be a lot of serious results. The world will become more dangerous. With the continuous rapid growth of Chinese economy, China became a oil-net-import country in 1993. Now China is the second largest oil consumer. America is largest oil consumer. In 2020 Chinese oil consumption gap will be zero point fifteen billion tons. Iran has very plentiful oil resources. Its oil reserves are the fifth largest in the world. It is the third Largest country where China import oil. It is quite significant for Chinese energy security. On geopolitics Central Asia is between China and Iran. Iran affects Chinese western security to some degree, too. China and Iran also have close military cooperation relationship. Therefore there is close relationship between the development of Iranian nuclear crisis and China. So The research of the paper has practical significance to some degree. The paper is divided into five chapters and seventeen segments in all. Additionally, there are also five pictures two of which are cited and two tables. The first chapter introduces the cause of the Iranian nuclear issue including the developing process of Iranian nuclear program, the review of the Iranian nuclear crisis and the reason why Iran developed nuclear technology. The second chapter explains American interest consideration on the Iranian nuclear issue from the four aspects that are respectively anti-terrorism, nonproliferation, Israeli security and preventing regional hegemony. The third chapter analyses the challenges which the United States faces on the Iranian nuclear issue from the three perspectives that are seperately Iranian reply, Russian attitude and the EU's position. The fourth chapter predicts American future policy toward Iran and discusses the four imaginable plans one by one which are respectively covert action, containing a nuclear Iran, high pressure policy to trigger regime change peacefully and resorting to force. The fifth chapter poses the best solution to solve the Iranian nuclear crisis including the negotiation form, target and contents.
