The Inquiry On The Inspiration System Of The Civil Servants In Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

With the means of practical survey, typical-case investigation, system study and the qualitative and quantitative analysis, it emphasizes and analyzed the inspiration requirement of the civil servants in Xinjiang. This paper mainly concerning the current conditions of the inspiration requirement of the civil servants in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The three primal problems are the singleness of measures, the draggle of concept and the inconsequence of means. In addition, by the chance of the actualization of The Law of National Public Servant, and after many questionnaires and survey, we can acquire four guiding principles: equity, people oriented, rule of law, and synchronization. Aiming to improve the comprehensive quality of the civil servants, officials should update the concept of inspiration, consummate and perfect the measures of inspiration. Consequently, public image of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region will be greatly changed, the government will become uncorrupted, pragmatic, and highly efficient.
