The Study Of Administrative Civilization Under The Service-oriented Government Mode

Administrative civilization is profound structure and soul of administrative system. The administrative civilization directly and indirectly infects and interact any administrative system, administrative process, administrative behavior, etc. The proposal of building a peaceful society in 4 Session of the Sixteenth Plenary Party Central Committee, which makes the administrative civilization more important .Our country is now transferring from traditional society to modern society, and our government administration mode is now transferring from administrant to ministrant. In this background of the new government mode, our administrative civilization has faced to a serious test. Strengthen the research of the administrative civilization, specially strengthen research of the northwest area's administrative civilization, has more meaning for the development of our country. This thesis will analyze the issue of the main aspects on domestic administrative civilization, and compare the administrative civilization under the administrant government mode to the administrative civilization under the service-oriented government mode, and then analyze the issue by the ecology of public administration. At last, this thesis will solve the problem of how can the GanSu province construct the new mode administrative civilization, and offer a way to construct the administrative civilization that we need.
