The Research Of The Flow Of Tibetan Peasant-workers In The Velley Of BaiLong River And The Social Change Of Their Living Rural Community

The Tibetan peasant-worker who flow between their living rural area and the city is new social-group, and also a cultural phenomenon. They are frequently flow between their living rural area and the city, so the flow break the isolation of the society of their living rural area,spead up the social change of their living area. At the same time, the flow also leads to many new social problems. So this thesis take a Tibetan community named XinPing in BaiLongJiang valley for instance, based on abundant field-work data, make well use of the academic achievement and interalated theories of the field, such as the basic theory and research method of Ethnology, Sociology, Demography and so on. Then it systematically analyses and expounds the phenomenons of XinPing Tibetan peasant-worker flow between the rural and the urban areas and the series of affection of the flow for the community.The thesis consists of three parts, the first part contains the first and the second chapter. The first chapter , as a prelude to the article, not only introduces the most new research prograss in this fields and formation about the topic, but also introduces the research methods and the basic situation of the community .The second chapter is the systematic analysis about the research and situation of the Tibetan peasant-workers flowing between the rural and the urban areas. The second part consist of the third, forth, fifth and sixth chapter. The third chapter expounds the characters of the traditional living-way of the community and its disappearance, the living-way in the rebuilding and economic income structure, as well as the cultural adaptability of the change of the traditional living-way .The forth chapter analyses the flow has a impact on marriage, ideas to the generation, family structure, family mode and so on about the community .The fifth chapter describes the traditional religion, the change of the traditional religion of the community with the flow, from religion system, behavior, action and consciounsness four aspects . The sisth chapter expounds the flow has a compact on ethnic conscionsness and the ethnic quality of the community .The third part ,as the end, give a comprehensive analysis about the impact of the flow in the community .The author thinks that the flow provide not only new apportunity for the development and modernization , but also bring new crisis for XinPing community.
