On E-Government Public Service Of China

"E-government"is one of the hot points and focuses that Chinese E-governor constructs now. Constructing E-government mainly focuses on public E-service, that is, providing better public E-service for society and citizen .The thesis introduces and analyses E-government public service's connotation, features, contents, goals and suitable moving mechanisms.
