A Study On Pension Cost And Pension Mode Of China's Urban Community

As the growing of elderly population and aging trend,It will havea significant impact on the country's politics, economy and socialpsychology the pension issue has become an social problemconcerned by all the countries.This paper conduct a preliminary study on our urban pensioncost and pension model on the basis of related theory and data. Thispaper first describes the urban population aging process, trends andfeatures, analysis elderly pension demands, then take the methords ofquestionnaire and multivariate statistics to analysis our urban old-agepension cost and pension model. After absorbed overseas securitysystem experiences, the paper pointed out the mode of home caring issuited to China's country conditions of urban life-style and to workout some appropriate countermeasures.At last, recommendations andpolicies have proposed in order to perfect elderly security system andpromote harmony and healthy develompment of our ecnomic society.
