Radio stations and television stations have become the most popular and convenient transmitting tools of information in our country. They are the necessary components of public life. But the legal research into the copyright of the programs of radio and television stations is still weak due to historical reasons.With the methods of concrete evidence, material reference and theoretical deduction, this thesis analyzes the copyright of the programs of radio and television stations legally, economically and socially. It is designed to research the developing situation of the programs concerned and put forward thinking and suggestion related to law and policy.Research indicates that the copyright of the said programs should be protected; the operation of radio and television stations should be supervised by law instead of by their inner administrative systems; the supervision of the copyright of the programs should be placed in dynamic balance of developing; the legal administration of the said stations needs practical system reformation.
