Survey And Analysis On Livelihood Of The Left-behind Children In Rural In Chengdu

The concern of left—behind children has emerged with the industrialization, urbanization and large—scale labor forces shift. As a by—product of social transformation, it is caused by agriculture-related, syndrome. It reflects various conflicts along with the urban-rural integration process and the educational absence among rural teenagers. The concern reveals the gap between the urban and rural social and economics status. Proper solution of this issue is of great significance in terms of the collaborative growth of rural and urban areas, families' stability, social harmony and the overall advances of the nation. To solve the left-behind children directly concerns the quality of future population, labor cultivate and the sustained growth of development. Therefore, this issue should be given highest priority by authorities and academic circle. In practice, government at different levels has awared the problem and implemented relevant regulations. However, the taste is still in its initial stages, and an effective solution is not formed yet. This article analyzes on site-example, extracted from the grassroots level in a village called san xi town of the Jintang country in Chengdu.This is a fact-finding report, which is divided into three parts and seven chapters by the arise, analysis, and the settlement of the left-behind children. Chapters from one to three introduce not only the background, quantity, areas of rural left-behind children and the concerns from The Party and government, but also the case of who are in Chengdu. The following chapters from four to six analyses the decisive factor of the left-behind children, various sorts of influence, as well as the practical pattern and management of the care center in Sanxi town. The final chapter final chapter brings up the countermeasure and suggestions to solve the left-behind children in Chengdu.This issue combines what I have learned with my working experience, further more the results comes from deep carry out investigation and study, meanwhile it is the firsthand daters to society to solve this problem .To the limit of my theory level and experience, I surely know there are full of loopholes to list, mainly embodies: Theory is not deep enough, samples aren't overall, the solutions are not creative and deep as well.
