Research On The Human Resource System Of Prison After Prison And Company Separation

The most important change in human resource management is that it plays a vital role in the designing and accomplishing company' program. To maximize the potential of the human resource, we should liberate the labor capital out of the material capital and offer the labor most proper pay. However, the management of human resource in the prison is too old fashion which lacks the efficient human resource management. Based on those reasons, this paper provides the way of construction a powerful police troop which considers the human resource management system, problem in construction of the police and the real situation of the prison.
