Research On Government Knowledge Management

With the knowledge economy times approaching, the knowledge management already becomes the focus of attention. It has brought significant effect to the organization management. As the general management organization of the society, the government's management mode waits for improvement urgently, to be satisfied with more and more high request of enterprise and the public of society.This paper tries to apply knowledge management theory in government management. Based on synthesizing and deepening on theories of knowledge management, it brings forward the government knowledge management connotation. It also analyses the effect of government knowledge management from the angel of government ability. Then it concentrates on introducing on knowledge management based electronic government system. Combining government's knowledge management content and process, it puts forward the system model. Then it constructs a relatively complete knowledge management based E-government system framework. It also thoroughly explores key function modules and key technology of the system development.
