Review On Our Country's Purpose Of Administrative Procedure

Reviewing on the purpose of administrative procedure plays a guiding role not only in the theoretical development of administrative procedure system, but also in the practice of administrative procedure system.Based on the existing research on the theory of the purpose of administrative procedure, this article will try to give them some reviews, then, summarize which factors our country's purpose of administrative proceedings should consider and determine our country's purpose of administrative procedure. At last under the guidance of our country's purpose of administrative procedure, we will simply discuss several systems'innovation in our country's administrative procedure system's construction.This article is divided into four parts: Part I, from the perspective of jurisprudence we define the concept of the purpose of administrative procedure. Part II, we list various domestic theories about the purpose of administrative procedure at present, and giving them some reviews. Part III, we discuss the basis for our country's purpose of administrative procedure, and on this basis determine our country's purpose of administrative procedure. Part IV, under the guidance of our country's purpose of administrative procedure, we simply discuss several systems'innovation in our country's administrative procedure system's construction.
