Theoretical Research On Divison Of Labor And Individuality Theory In Die Deutsche Ideologie

In an effort to shed much light on the theorectical necessity of an intensive study of Die Deutsche Ideologie(The German Ideology) by Marx and Engels so as to bring into relief its status as a light-house of theroy for Marxist philosophy, this paper goes to great lengths to explore the expressions of division of labor and individuality theory found in all levels, and puts to work the theory revealed for expounding efforts multi-foldedly in ideological history and philosophy, and puts forward that division of labor and individuality theory of Marx assumes theoretical importance in Die Deutsche Ideologie, the study of which will fill in a gap that existed and has long been ignored by academic circles.An isolating-combining pattern adopted, this paper makes an historical investigation into division of labor and individuality theory in Chapter I, rather than a spectacular display of letters, Section I offers a theoretical analysis of division of labor and individuality theory at ordinary length, with more details of individuality remaining silent, and that is a curtain-raiser intended for individuality theory in Section II, serving as the catalyst for the transition of subject from individuals to individuality theory.In this paper, Section I of Chapter III is designed to have three aims attained: 1.A critique of Hegel based on division of labor and individuality theory(creating a breakthrough in Hegel's Master-Servant theory); 2.A critique of Feuerbach's thought on the basis of division of labor and individuality theory(pointing out the connection between Feuerbach's concept of Typ(Type) and Hegel's contradiction theory: the former was fired by the latter which prepared the ground for growth of the former); 3.Applying division of labor and individuality theory to dissect Stirnen's Solipsismus(Solipsism)so as to lay bare the links and differences between Stirnen and Feuerbach, which seem to have gone unnoticed by academic circles.Section II of this chapter will exhaust the subject in following aspects:1. Expounding subject-object links embodied in Die Deutsche Ideologie from the perspective of division of labor and individuality;2.Explaining practicalness of individuality and concept of division of labor which Marxist outlook on practice embraces in Die Deutsche Ideologie; 3.Proving a subject identity of Dialectics and its profound influence as shown in Die Deutsche Ideologie from the perspective of division of labor and individuality; 4.Advancing an opinion anew on the root cause of alienation from the perspective of division of labor and individuality; 5.Shedding new light upon class struggle theory from the perspective of division of labor and individuality.Section III opens up vistas of division of labor and the development of individuality in future.The last part of this paper summarizes respectively the theoretical and the realistic significance of the said theory.
