The Decision-making Mechanism Switch In The View Of Harmonious Society

The new project of constructing a harmonious society is put forward in the fourth secession on the 16th conference of the representatives of the CPC. The goal of constructing socialist harmonious society imposes new requirements on current government function. To combine the study of government decision-making mechanism with harmonious society, have great theoretical and practical significance to further transform government decision-making mechanism and truly promote the building of harmonious society, deepen the reform of economic and political system, promote sustainable development of economy and society. The paper analyses and points out the conversion of government decision-making mechanism playing the dominant role of the government better and it will push forward the construction of harmonious society. Meanwhile the paper analyses the public policy process and put forward the suggestion of optimization of the decision-making mechanism under the background of constructing harmonious society.
