An Analysis On Approaches Of Copyright Autorization Acquirement Suitable For Library Users At The Digital Age

Nowadays, with the development of internet and high-technology, libraries based on digital technology grow up very quickly. A lot of companies working for digital books do many contributions on the books based on digital technology. But the suitable acquirement of copyright authorization is a big problem that blocks the improvement of digital libraries. This paper is trying to pursue a suitable method to solve this big problem under the analysis of legal relationship based on the digital books, the difficulty faced in the digital environment. Besides this, this paper makes comparative researches on the ways of the copyright authorization acquirement in digital age such as the fair use, permission use in the legal scenes and authorized important patterns as well as the collective management. And the author points out that the system mixed up authorized important patterns with collective management is a wiser way to develop the digital books.
