Study On Construction Of Urban Public Crisis Information Management System In China

With the accelerated process of the urbanization, urban crisis management becomes increasingly the focus of people's attention. Crisis management has a high degree of dependence on information,so crisis information management became an important part of crisis management. In a sense, the process of crisis management is the process of information collection, processing, handling, and thus the decision-making. Therefore, crisis information management system as a key subsystem of crisis management, how to rely on advanced science and information technology to construct the urban crisis information management system for the urban crisis management to provide a comprehensive information platform is particularly importantBased on the analysis of the crisis information management system of New York in the United States, Japan's Tokyo, Toronto in Canada and other cities ,the paper drew the inspiration of constructing China's urban crisis information management system .The paper analyzed China's urban crisis information management system,on this basis, a universal programme of crisis information management system is proposed and the logic model of our urban crisis management information system is also designed.In a detailed analysis of the various modules , this paper analyzed the operation problem of China's urban crisis information management systems and pointed out the lacks in this paper.
