Interest relations' contradictory movement is the historical root and the source power of political, economical, social development in human society. Since reforming and opening up, with the development of the socialist market economy, the original interest pattern is broken, the new divide and combination of the social stratum structure has took place, diversity of interest subjects and complicated economic relationships in various social strata has presented. Interest division in various social strata leads to the unceasing conflicts of interest, which to a certain degree affects our social harmony and stability. Therefore, to get the majority of recognition, the ruling party must fully recognize the interest division and conflict in social strata, taking the integration and the coordination of various social strata's interest as their own responsibility. Followed the principles such as efficiency and fairness, reasonable order and balanced on the basis of the strategic coordination, various social strata interest should be coordinated and integrated from a strategic height, which mainly includes the establishment of a scientific and effective interest coordinated mechanism, the interest expression mechanism, the mediation mechanism for interest contradictory and interest compensation mechanism based on social security. Only thus, can the decentralized, heterogeneous and diversified interests of different social strata be integrated into a unified organic, to alleviate the social strata interest conflicts , narrow the differences in strata interests , build a harmonious society and realize the goal of common prosperity for all.
