Survey On Minor's Violence Crime

Minor's violence crime has become more and more serious problem of the society throughout the world. It has heavy effect on harmony of family and stability of society. As a hot issue, the study on effective control and prevention of minor's violence crime has attracted wide attention. The main aims of this paper are to analyze the psychological and behavioral characteristics, the formation mechanism of mind, the psychological reasons and prevention of minor's violence crime from the angle of criminal mind, and to present own point of view.This paper is divided into four parts. The results of our study may be summarized as follows.The study on the psychological reasons of minor's violence crime is an important part. Firstly, this part describes the concept of minor and violence crime and discusses different points of view about forming reasons of minor's violence criminal mind, and aimed at these points of view, the paper puts forward a personal view. Secondly, internal cause of minor's violence criminal mind is discussed in detail. Finally, it analyzes external cause of minor's violence criminal mind in terms of family, school and society and its dialectical relationship with internal cause.The second part concentrates on the formation mechanism of minor's violence criminal mind. Beginning with the concept of mechanism and mechanism of criminal mind, the paper briefly outlines the relationship between violence and aggressive behavior, and summarizes the main theory on the formation mechanism of minor's violence criminal mind. Finally, the formation mechanism of minor's violence criminal mind is discussed in detail.The third part mainly introduces the psychological and behavioral characteristics. In respect of psychological characteristics, we mainly discuss need characters, motive characters, cognition characters, emotion characters and volition characters. According to characteristics of the body and mind of minor, the behavioral characteristics of minor's violence crime is summarized by combining with case. Individual psychological prevention of minor's violence crime is studied in the fourth part. We comments on how to carry out psychological prevention of minor's violence crime viewed from internal and external influence factors on minor's violence crime.
