E-government service refers to government administrative activities based on electronic information technologies. A major innovation in the transformation of government functions, E-government service aims to build a unified network platform through the restructuring and integration of business processes. E-government serves to provide cleaner, more diligent, pragmatic and efficient management and services for the society.Internal E-government Network of Chongqing has made achievements, it cannot meet fully the demands of Chinese Central Government. Defects are like imperfect organizations and regulations, inadequate useful measures in the recruitment, exchange and encouragement of personnel. There are still a lot of misunderstandings in the building of e-government, e.g. the relationship between the Internal and External Networks is no clear enough, the construction of network application system still heads for the sharing of information, and interaction should be enhanced. Due to a lack of unified planning and deployment, each department usually walks its own way, so there are latent safety problems, which cannot meet the needs of the city's Emergency Commandeering Platform. In the light of a scientific running of the Internal E-government Network, we need to understand it better, perfect our organizations, strengthen human resources management, unify our planning and standards for a unified network platform. We have to improve our safety classification for an appropriate protection, so as to promote the progress of the network application system on the basis of safety insurance. The Internal E-government Network should play its role in decision-making, leading the rapid development of information industry of Chongqing.
