On Constitution Law Of New China And System Of Land Expropriation

Land collection and expropriation were provisioned in the Constitution Law of People's Republic of China according to the fourth amendment of the Constitution Law of People's Republic of China.This measurement makes land collection and expropriation have constitutional protection.Under the Constitution,the regulations of land collection and expropriation in the primary stage of socialism take much more attention to protection of citizen's rights.However,since our society now is in the transition process from plan economy of socialism to market economy of socialism,there are a large amount of and complicated contradictions in and outside of such a system.The issues and disputes about land collection and expropriation is endless and some of them even became big issues of the society in some area.The issues that citizens in the city and peasants petition or sue for such kind of problems,sometimes they even used some extreme measures for their benefits,became the one of the most concerned issues of the society.Concisely to recognize the system of land expropriation,we should understand and be familiar with the changes of the system of land expropriation from the establishment of New China. This article is written for carding and analyzing the changes of land expropriation from the establishment of New China,and discussing about the future development of the system of land expropriation under the constitution,on the basis of the content of the Common Program and four constitution laws and their amendments.
