Economy Analysis On Government Moderated Scale Of Our Country

The government scale has relationship with the efficiency of administrative management, economic growth and the stability of society. It is always a goal that how to keep a proper government scale. Whether the government scale of our country is moderate or not, it matters not only the setting of our reform objective, but also the development of market-oriented economy and the stable society. So, it is a problem that can be solved by the efforts of several generations. The standard government scale is not clear for us that judge government moderately or not. Then, this thesis focus on the standard of the moderate government scale, it considers Chinese government reform and put forward new idea to fulfill the moderate governmet scale in China. This paper has carried on research to the problem of standard government scale by using quantitative and qualitative analysis and combination of standardized and Empirical Analysis. This paper explain the connotation of government scale , judging index and influencing factor and explain the content of government scale and the import of moderate government scale on the basis of introducing and reviewing the main body of a book in having been in progress to relevance document about government scale problem, So it lays down certain rationale for the reasearth about government scale . Priority it analyses the current situation of our country government scale and reaches financial expenditure of our country over the years, the total of government's administration expense and the percentage taking up entire government financial expenditure according to the counts over the years, So it can analys the changement of government scale. Proceed to it reaches a few meaningful conclusions according to the Feder model and the regression analysis about the impact of government scale over economic growth with the data being close to 30 years over the past 1978 .Final it try to explore new ways for our country about moderate government scale and optimum government from the angle of economics, and submitte policy suggestion about the building of moderated government scale , So it provided a few trains of thought and method for the job in the hereafter. .
