A class of drugs is a powerful psychoactive substances,a doctor's prescription because of personal misconduct or repeated use can lead to dependence syndrome and other mental disorders,such as poisoning(the main symptoms of consciousness,hallucinations,judge, memory or attention disorder,affective disorder,self-control ability decrease or reckless conduct),withdrawal syndrome(with consciousness,the attention is not concentrated,with emotional discomfort,hallucinations or delusions,paranoia,memory impairment,decreased sense,emotional changes such as restlessness,anxiety,depression,bowel,emotional fragile, psychomotor excitement or inhibition,Can not tolerate frustration or attack,sleep disorders, symptoms such as personality changes),psychotic symptoms(such as hallucinations, disorientation characters,the concept of paranoia and pathological paranoia or victims,such as color,movement disorders such as the obvious spirit of excitement,suppressed or stupor, severe the affective disorder,no significant disturbance of consciousness),and residual affective disorder or delayed mental disorders(for example,forgotten syndrome,dementia, and other persistent changes in cognitive,emotional barriers,behavioral disorders,or personality changes,neurological symptoms,etc.),that is,drug-induced mental disorders.In recent years,the percentage of drug users is increasing,drug-induced mental disorders are also involved in increasing trend.With similar drink,drugs can also seriously affect the conduct of their own ability to identify and control.How to accurately assess the result of mental disorder caused by the problem of drug addiction from criminal responsibility,but also increasingly concemed about the academic community.Although the forensic psychiatry conference also has organized a thematic discussion,but still many differences of opinion is not uniform.This paper on the subject for further research,the text is divided into the following three parts:The first part starting from the concept of drugs,a brief introduction about the basic problems of drugs and why drugs cause addiction,drug addiction caused by the physiology, psychology and sociology reasons.Introduced after the drug addiction symptoms,and the mental disorder caused by the conduct of performance and in this state the causes of crime.The second part of the drug-induced mental disorders theoretical issues,and the reasons for the theory of the free exercise of the relevant issues,such as the reasons for the concept of free,legal as well as the application of legislation,and finally to the drug-induced mental disorders and the reasons for the combination of free.The third part focuses on the drug-induced mental disorders under the issue of criminal responsibility,and pointed out that this issue both at home and abroad,as well as the relevant legislation of the relevant provisions of China's criminal law,and,in this based on the author's new ideas,as well as on this issue to China's proposal to amend the Criminal Code.
