Especially about their medical insurance, which not only relate to themselves and their family, but also relate to the society's progress. The scholastic consider construction the medical system, however them don't agree with the material measure and step. Besides, they normally classify this investigation to the system of the sociology and the medical treatment. This topic never be well expatiated by the law. So the writer wants to express more legal theories to support this system from the angle of the economic law. And I believe more research will be better to build the rural-urban migrant's medical insurance system. When this system be well done by then, the whole social medical insurance will be settled.Through reviewing many materials, the writer thinks the key to the question that how to build the rural-urban migrant's medical insurance system is dealing with three sides among the government , the enterprise and the rural-urban migrant themselves. It also crowns all factors from the macrostructure to the microstructure.The first part of this paper explains the basic institution of the rural-urban migrant's medical insurance system. And it particularly introduces the different kinds of the medical insurance modes in our country's different places. It also introduces the basic theories of the economic law, including the function and the value, meanwhile it make explanation about the kinds of the modes from the angle of the economic law. The second part of this paper explains the academic suggestions. And make a judge of them by the economic law. The third part of this paper wants to create a new medical mode of the rural-urban migrant.
