Research On The Family Ethical Problem Of The Left-Behind Children In Rural China

Strating from the reform and open-up, a large number of peasants have been changing their character to migrate to find job in the cities and towns. But owe to the limits of population registration system and low income, their children have to be left behind at villages, then the "live-behind" children accrued. Lacking of the attending of their parents, they are suffering many social and ethical problems.Based on the data and literature about "live-behind" children in rural China, the dissertation analyses all kinds of moral and social problems that the "live-behind "children facing, which arise from the absence of family ethics during the course of growing-up.Methodology, the formal research methods are employed in the analysis of the "live-behind "children's moral buildup. and the qualitative depict methods are employed to describe the concurrent situation and problem. And then, through the qualitative research method, firstly we analyze the moral concurrent situation of the "live-behind" children. Secondly, further explore the rural families ,which lack of Parent-child relationship, how to influence the moral buildup of the children.Under some preconditions, such as reforming the system of urban-rural population registration, improving the social status of the migration workers, through ethical re-construction and social relief, And then, we can make many measurements to ameliorate the communication between the parent and children, and to construct the new family ethics relationship, which is practicable and suit for the "live-behind" children characteristics of body and mentality development. So, the article will expand the research field of family ethics, deepen the understanding about the suitability of Chinese traditional ethics, So as to perfect the family function and advance the construction of socialist new rural region.
