Comparative Research On The Issues Of Legal System To Foreign Trade Between China And Russia

With the deepening of the Reform and Open Policy, China has gained fast development in the area of foreign trade with great achievement; meanwhile, the area has been broadened either. Thus, there exist great necessities to establish and improve the legal system of foreign trade. Russia, as the important economy and trade country in the world, adjoins the areas of Xinjiang and northeast part of China. Russia as well as China, has experienced economic system transforming from the Socialism Central Planned to Market Economy. However, China remains the category of public ownership, on the contrary, Russia changed the property. In terms of the facts as above, the research on the foreign trade legal system of the two countries, especially for that formed in the radically transforming of Russia, has great assistant to the following items: improving the foreign trade legal system as well as the wholly economy and trade standard of China as well as enlarging the bi-trade.In this paper, verification and the law sociology's method methods has been employed. This paper focuses on the aspects of the market access,trade relief, as well as the actions to boost, thereafter, the comparative research is conducted. The result shows that there exist the similarities as well as diversities; therefore, if China can obtain the experience and message of foreign trade legislation of Russia as well as absorbing the beneficial part, China can gain the enlightenment of improving the foreign trade legal system after been admitted by WTO.
