The Research Of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Training Minority Cadres' Practice From The Year 1949 To 1965

China is a multi-national country.From ancient to modern times,the national question has always been an important question of the total social problems, and in relation to the major problems of national destiny. Since the day that the Communist Party of China was founded, the Communist Party of China pay great attention on the work of minority cadres, and train the ethnic minority cadres as the key to resolving ethnic problems. In the different term of revolution and development, the Communist Party of China formulated a series of minority cadres policy according to situation of the different historical period, and the policy made a very positive contributions to development of minority area. After new China was founded, in solving nationality problems, the Communist party of china devote oneself to implement regional autonomy of ethnic minorities, and serve training minority cadres as priority measure.This embody significance of the research of minority cadres.Inner Mongolia autonomous region was earliest established autonomous regions of China.In the process of historical development of the year from 1949 to 1965, appreciate the training of minority cadres, and reflect the trend of the general characteristics.And the development of the ethnic minority cadres of Hohhot reflect the trend of the particularity characteristics.This paper serve a source of the ethnic minority cadres as point of penetration.First retrospect development tendency,structure,regional development,the development of minority women cadres and minority worker cadres, generalize the trend of the general characteristics.Then analysis relations of ethnic minority cadres and minority population of Hohhot, generalize the trend of the particularity characteristics. Finally, analysis feature of ethnic minority cadres educational training and schooling from national education angle. This study will adopt the theory and method of History and Ethnology, based on the general state of development of minority cadres, and do a research into training minority cadres'practice of Hohhot (the name is called Guisui city before the 1954) from the year 1949 to 1965. The content will include sources, development, characteristic, education and so on. And the main focus of attention is about the researching of development, characteristic and education. The space included three urban area (Muslim Area, New city Area,Yuquan Area) and suburban of Hohhot. By this studying, we will demonstrate the historical development of minority cadres of Hohhot and find the characteristic of development and training system of minority cardes. Finally, summarize the experiences and lessons of culturing minority cadres'policies of the Communist Party of China in minority areas, especially in assembling city of minority. At last, discuss the nature and provide resolve thinking for minority cadres problem.
