Volunteers are an important resource for the development of non-profit organization and have become an integral and important part. The volunteers have different features with full-time staff, such as voluntary, unpaid, non-mandatory instability, and so on. The management to the NPO's volunteers has became a very noteworthy part of the npo's human resources management. At present, the NPO's volunteers are mobility, lack of professional talents and the lack of the sense of belonging to organization.So it is important to strengthen the management of the NPO's volunteers.For the volunteers, the psychological contract is important impact to the voluntary's acts.Because volunteer job satisfaction, security and so are largely under the impact of psychological contract. Volunteers have more responsibility, faith and mission than corporate profits driven by material motives and monetary compensation to interest.If organizations can clearly know the expectations of volunteers to participate in volunteer service motivation, and this basis can meet them, it would be more dedicated volunteers to the organization development efforts and make their goals consistent with organizational's goals.The psychological contract and the management of the volunteer will be combined with each other. Bases on the volunteer management, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions will be made on this special group. The psychological contract has become target to management of the NPO's voluteers. Interaction between psychological contract and the management of the non-profit organizations'voluneers and the advices that bases on psychological contract proposals are the important part in this article.
