A Study On The System Of Enterprise Annuity In Hunan Province

The oil crisis which happened in 1970's makes world economy undergo grave impact. Under the pattern that country provides for the aged, traditional pattern of providing for the aged can't satisfy new times demand. Every country has to build a new pattern of providing for the aged and improves other society main body's responsibility in the endowment insurance to lighten government's burden.In 1980's, as one kind of new pension system the enterprise annuity develops flourishingly all over the world. In the past twenty years, the enterprise annuity is regarded highly by governments in the world. Compared to other countries, the development of our country's enterprise annuity is very briefly. And our country is in the economy society rotating peculiar-track period and Past burden is very heavy, comparing with the developed countries and regions, enterprise annuity in our country is quite backward, and the related system and standard of pension insurance should be further improved. Hunan, as a province located in relatively backward central area of China, naturally, there are more problems and more space worthy of researching in terms of the development and improvement of enterprise annuity.This thesis begins with a brief overview of research background, theoretical support, definiton, types, and the development of theory research of enterprise annuity based on the system of pension insurance in the whole society. Then focusing on the development of enterprise annuity in our province, it details the current situation and difficulties of the development of enterprise annuity in our province and as pertinence, feasibility for the basic principles, it puts forward a set of recommendations to improve the system of enterprise annuity in our province based on the reality and the successful development experience of enterprise annuity in developed countries and regions.
