Meanwhile, put forward the viewpoint that competing, association self-discipline, supervision and justice relief can make the balance.The third part analyses performance and improvement of secrecy principle in special institutions, including the credit investigation institution, the taxation institution and the anti-money-laundry institution. In the credit investigation, it is necessary to limit the area and condition of the information, making the information correct, entire, relative and in time. In the taxation institution, it is necessary to improve the procedure of international information exchange. In the anti-money-laundry institution, it is necessary to improve the report of block and suspicious transactions.
