Research On The Way Of Social Workers' Interference In Re-socialization Of Psychopathes

Nowadays, because of the fast rhythm of work and life, the comparison and competition among people becaome much more intense, and meanwhile problems of mental health come out. According to the statistics of the third China mental health conference, prevalence rate of all kinds of mental diseases has risen to 13.47%, and it has been to 16.9% in Shanghai. And based on the research of Shanghai control center of diseases, there are about 160,000 to 200,000 phychopathes in Shanghai. To deal with this situation, besides the traditional way of western medical methods, we are eager to have professional social workers to participate in mental health work.This article analyses the meaning, feature and essence of social work and re-socialization, and meanwhile expounds the development methods of social workers'interference of psychopaths in USA, France, UK and the other countries, and in Hongkong, Taiwan of China. This study analyses deeply into the successful experience and existing problems during the social workers' interference in re-socialization of psychopaths by doing surveys on social workers, medical staffs, patients and their family of Shanghai No.1 Mental Health Cental, and analyses deeply into the carrying out on the way of social workers' interference in re-socialization of psychopathes, finally found out three aspects need to be promoted, which are the professional level of social work in mental health field is low, the mechanism guarantee for mental health social work is not mature enough, and the external surroundings for social work is not so well. Based on those problems, this article finds out corresponding solutions and methods, which are improving the professional level, the mechanism construction and external surroundings of social workers in mental health field.
