Study On The Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of The Farmer Training In Suiyang District Of Shangqiu City

Strengthening the training of farmers and improving their overall quality is not only an important task of China's current "three dimensional rural works", but also an important way of the new countryside's construction and rural sustainable development of human resources and intelligence support. The study uses questionnaire and interview methods, it discusses the Suiyang district comprehensive farmer training situation, problems and development strategies, and use them to provide our new farmer with training reference in China.The thesis defines the related concepts of farmer training, describes the theoretical basis of farmer training, and makes a survey of the training situation about farmer training and the training needs of farmers based on designing questionnaire of farmer training, analyzing the basic quality of farmers in Suiyang district. Through visiting some leaders of the main training institutions, we know the ways of training farmers, forms of organization and operations in the region. After investigation and analysis, many problems of farmers training are found in Suiyang district:Farmers' culture quality is low; farmers do not know the place of training and they are lack of training motivation; farmer training institutions lack the legal support, the training mechanism is not perfect, the shortage of training funding, the inadequateness of professional teachers;and there are difference between the content of training and farmers'requirement. Based on the existing problems and learn from foreign experience and practice of farmer training, propose measures and suggestions to strengthen farmer training in Suiyang district:make laws and regulations to regulate and protect farmer training; improve the training system and integration of training resources to improve the quality of training; make a security of training funding to increase the training investment; strengthen teacher training and improve the professional quality of teachers; investigate the requirements of farmers to carry out farmer training.
