School curriculum management, which is important for the successful implementation of programmes, the improvement of teacher's specialization level and the enhancement of curriculum's adaptability, is the most dynamic link in the curriculum management system.But the PE. Curriculum management is the weak link in the school curriculum management. Since the middle of the 1980s, the education reform given some autonomy to the local and school. In 2001, the ministry of education put forward the implementment of the three-level curriculum management model. Curriculum management reform makes the school curriculum management be more and more important,and puts new challenge to PE. Curriculum management of our Basic Education.But now most researches are centralizing on the fields of purview division and their respective duties,there is few research on the position, content and system construction of School physical education curriculum management . However, whether nation curriculum or local curriculum, the finally implementer is the school, so the research of School physical education curriculum management can not be ignored, or, it can hinder the effective management and implementation of physical education curriculum management.In this research several general social investigation methods have been adopted,which include documentary materials, expert interview methods,questionnaire investigation and the method of mathe matical statistics.Research on the actual state of the curriculum management of ShanDong provence fundamental Physical Education. In order to find the problom during the implement of the three-level curriculum management model,and propose appropriate countermeasures,and provide the basis for implementing the three-level curriculum management preferably.The research content of this article includes four parts: firstly, clarifying the meaning and purpose of the research,and detailed introducing the study condition of China.Secondly, rescearch on the status of implementation of physical education curriculum of ShanDong provence fundamental Education, including the management of physical education,development of school-based curriculum, implementation and evaluation of physical education , and so on.Thirdly, analysis the problem of the Physical Education curriculum management of ShanDong provence fundamental Education during its implementation .The four part is proposing countermeasures point to the problem during the implementation.
