Investigation And Analysis On Present Situation Of Development About The Construcion Of High Level Football Team In China Campus

The development of university high-level football team is one of the main contents of the university high-level sports team's construction all the way, and its got the attention and support from the Department of Education,NCAA,and all kinds of university. But for a long time, the university high-level football team developed very slowly, the reason is not only the circumstance of China's football, the more important reason is the problems existed in their instruction. So its necessary to deeply research in the present state and development mode of university high-level football team, and provide basis and suggestion for the future construction of university high-level football team.This paper takes the 10 football teams which take part in 2009-2010 Lining China University Football League as the research object, investigate by questionnaire to 16 coaches and 180 football players, analysis with policy and theory of construction of university high-level football team, and drew the conclusions as followed:1,The development level of china university high-level football team is not high now, mainly embodied in that the player's competition ability is not high and the coaches lack the experience of coaching high-level football matches.2,From the angle of management system, the training of university high-level football team lack of systematic, the cultural study of them lack of pertinence, and the guiding to the employment of them lack of reasonable project, so the advantage of colleges and universities is not reflected, the purpose of culture the compound talents is not achieved also.3,Through analysis and study, we draw the development patterns of university high-level football team as followed:it contained target system,management system,and supervision and evaluation system. In target system, based in culture the compound sports talents, we should readjust the structure of athletic team, pay special attention to form sports talents training system connected college,middle school,primary school; in management system, strengthen the incentive mechanism's role, improving the training and study system from police and organization; in supervision and evaluation system, established a result appraisal and process appraisal combined pattern to evaluate, pay attention to both training and study supervise, and at last, the player's comprehensive quality will improve largely and the university high-level football team will develop constantly.
