Study On The Scoring Ability Of China's Men Basketball Team In The 16^th World Championship Games

Through using the mothods of leterature review, video analysis, mathematical statistics and comparison of horizontal and vertical, this paper makes a study on the scoring ability of China's men basketball team in the 16th world championship games, it shows:1) there is no significant difference between China's team with the rivals in the indictors of average score, 2-point score,3-poirt score and free-throw score, the four indictors of China's are of the same level with the rivals seperately; 2-point score and 3-point score are less than those of the rivals obviously, free-throw score is higher than that of rivals, which demonstrates there exists a high imbalance between China and the rivals in the whole scoring ability(p<0.05); 2) the number of offensive rebound of Chinma's team is far less than that of the rivals(p<0.01), China's assist number lags behind the rivals', the number of turn-over tends to be less compared with the 28th and 29th Olympics games; 3) the foul number of defensive indictor is far less than that of the rivals'(p<0.05), the number of defensive rebound becomes more compared with past Olympic games, the number of steal is more than the rivals, that got great progress; 4) China's cooperation scoring ability in positional attack performs worse than the rivals, while individuals passive scoring ability performs better than the rivals, this 2 indictors exists greater imbalance between China's team with the rivals'teams, China lags behind the rivals(p<0.01); 5) China's fast-break scoring ability is the same with the rivals, the scoring ability of long-distance fastbreak and dribble-pass fastbreak of China's team is lower than that of the rivals, individuals fast break higher than the rivals; 6) the score of guard position makes progress compared with the BeiJing Olympics, the score of forward makes great advances compared the BeiJing Olympics, but the score of center dropped behind. Yi Jian-lian, Wang Zhi-zhi and Wang Shi-peng are the players scoring highest in China's team.China's tactics appeared more changes with the new coach's leading and the absence of Yao Ming:the past "inside domination" changes to be "fast domination", but the tactics of fast-break exists more difference in ditails with the tradional fast-break; the style of "flexible and changeable" decades, the basic coopertion and the whole cooperation scoring ability lags behind the rivals obviously, individuals scoring higher than the rivals, operation and individuals scoring exists greater imbalance between China and the rivals.
