But with the growing scale of organized team, the management of university sports teams has also exposed some problems; therefore, our province of university sports teams to explore scientific management is imminent.Using literature data, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, logic and other research methods, Related to the use of management theory, had a more in-depth study had a more in-depth research on the management of university sports teams in Jiangxi Province. Clearing high-level team of university of Jiangxi Province, director of operations departments, players enrollment, teaching and the training and competition management, and financial status of the areas of security, Identified the management of university sports teams in Jiangxi Province in the main problems, combined with expert opinion and national spirit of the relevant documents to optimize management of university sports teams in Jiangxi Province countermeasures. The study's conclusions are as follows:1,The management system of university sports teams in Jiangxi Province mainly includes the main body of management, management object, and three elements for management purposes. The aim is that dedicates stratagems to provide the beneficial reference and leads of management reformation of the high-level sport brigades in our province's universities, to push their positive developments, to raise their level.
