Research On The Ways Of Developing Of Higher Vocational College Students' All-round Abilities

As Chinese national economy develops rapidly, it's quite pressing that the society needs the technologically applied professionals of higher level. But now the professionals trained by Chinese higher vocational education can't meet the requirement of the society and some problems lie in the aspects of knowledge acquirement, quality and ability development, development objectives, faculty, teaching content and measures, practice and training and the practice facing industries etc. Thus, the thesis puts forward programs and ways of talents development by doing research and combining the applied objects. It establishes the feasible all-round ability developing strategy and its quality evaluation index system applying to the characteristics of water resources and hydropower colleges, which solves the problem of talents development and meets the requirement of the society for the professionals of higher level. Thus, this thesis is valuable in both theory and practice.The thesis analyses the present situation and problems of the all-round abilities of the higher vocational college students, does some researches and meanwhile studies deeply the talents development models both at home and abroad in order to find the problems in Chinese higher vocational college's training the professionals needed by the society by summarizing the foreign countries'inspirations and experience. On its basis, facing all-round abilities of students in Anhui Water Conservancy Technical College, the thesis researches and analyses its problems in development objectives , requirements and teaching staff, measures and the present situation of curriculum teaching, practical training and the comprehensive effects. Besides, to solve the problems lying in our college's knowledge acquirement, quality and ability development, the thesis establishes the all-round ability developing strategy in our college: it includes the design of the development objectives, faculty, teaching content and measures, practice and training and the practice facing industries. Finally, it provides the implementation conditions and guarantees measures and evaluates the implementation program by supplying evaluation principles and ways, which makes Anhui Water Conservancy Technical College, can meet the social requirement, embody the characteristics of running school and provide other similar colleges with the experiences in running school and meeting the society.
