Study On Cultivation Pattern Of Combining Learning With Working In Higher Vocational Colleges

The cultivation pattern of "Combining Learning with Working"(CLW) has become the starting point of the reform and development of vocational education in China. With the transformation of China's economical development mode, national and local economic development needs a large quantity of high-quality applied talents who adapt themselves to production, construction, management and first-line service. It is urgent affairs for China's present higher vocational education to explore the reform and development road that accords with self conditions, by benefiting from the experience in CLW personnel training mode from developed countries on the basis of getting rid of established teaching mode. Through analyzing China's present situation, historical background and advanced experience of CLW cultivation pattern, combining with exploration process and problems of Shi Jiazhuang Oriental Arts Vocational College, this paper makes a through analysis of influential factors in CLW promotion and proposes solving schemes in five parts.First in prolegomenon, this paper briefly introduces present situation and background of research, presents the idea that not only should we take practical measures to solve problems, we should also strengthen social cognition and responsibility.The second part is to analyze the concept, historical background, foreign experience and China's present situation of CLW cultivation pattern, which makes clear understanding to the concept and meaning of CLW cultivation pattern.In the third part, the author systematically unfolds problems that a college encounters at different stages, which is based on the exploration of CLW cultivation pattern of Shi Jiazhuang Oriental Arts Vocational College. More important, the author illustrates the way how to build its own development mode according to self conditions. The fourth part attaches more importance on restrictive factors of CLW cultivation pattern and existing problems when school is associated with enterprise and government.The fifth part focuses on how to perfect the circulate mechanism of CLW cultivation pattern and on countermeasures aiming at existing problems.
